Dean E. Christmon



president



Dean is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Black Law Students' Association and served as a Rule 16 Attorney for the Community Development Law Clinic. Before attending UB Law, Dean served as a sergeant in the US Army. After graduation, Dean has served as an Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration, and Appointed Attorney for the District Court of Maryland, the Assistant General Counsel for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Commission, and currently serves as an Assistant Attorney General for the Maryland Aviation Administration.



Lauren Corbin

Lauren is a 2014 graduate of Claflin University, with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literature. She then graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law in 2017 where she was active in the Black Law Student’s Association, was a Lawyering Fellow, and a Frederick Douglas Moot Court Competitor. Since graduating, she served a year as a Judicial Law Clerk for Rhode Island Supreme Court before coming to Maryland to serve as an Assistant Public Defender since 2018, first in Baltimore, then in Howard County.



Moyah Panda

Moyah Panda, Esq., is the Executive Director of the Anne Arundel County Police Accountability Board. Prior to that, she worked as an insurance defense litigator who regularly practiced before State, Appellate and Federal Courts with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, its subsidiaries and its policy holders in all aspects of litigation. She also worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City. As an ASA, she handled criminal cases in the District Court, Juvenile Court and both the Misdemeanor and Felony units in the Circuit Court. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.



Ebosetale Chandler

Ebosetale Chandler is a graduate of Duke University School of Law, where she was the Executive Notes Editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law, President of the Black Law Student's Association, and a Board Member of Justice Matters Law Society. Upon graduation, Ebosetale has worked for the Office of the Public Defender of Maryland, representing indigent clients in cases from misdemeanors to crimes punishable by life in prison.



Charles L. Fuller

Charles "Chuck" Fuller received his Bachelors of Science from Ferris State University, his Masters Degree from Central Michigan University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Fuller is a Past President of WMLS and currently operates the Law Offices of Charles Fuller where he represents clients in Civil, Criminal, Probate, and other areas of law.



Doris G. Walker

Doris Green Walker is a solo practitioner representing clients in a wide range of administrative, civil and criminal matters, doing so since 1995! She previously served as chief attorney at the Howard County office of the Legal Aid Bureau and also served as a staff attorney in the Prince George’s County Attorney’s office. Walker is also a volunteer with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services.



Maso T. Hamiton



past president



Maso is a graduate of the Howard University School of Law, where he was on the Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy National Moot Court Team. After graduation, Maso served as a law clerk, and later prosecutor, for the Baltimore City State's Attorneys Office. He then moved to the Howard County State's Attorney's Office before arriving at the Prince George's County State's Attorney's Office, where he serves as a trial lawyer in the Strategic Investigations/Homicide Unit. Maso was also named as a "Top 40 Under 40" by National Black Lawyers, was a MSBA Leadership Academy Fellow, and has been named as a Bar Fellow for the Maryland Bar Foundation.



Jo Glasco

Ms. Glasco graduated from the University of Texas and the Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she was first in her class. She has since won eight American Jurisprudence Awards.
